Store Partnership: The Digible Shop is run and managed by ScreenBroidery, LLC – an Indiana based merchandise and experience company.  Digible selects the products you see on this site, and ScreenBroidery produces and fulfills the products on Digibles behalf. Shipping: Some products are made to order, so they may take a little longer, but rest assured knowing that your swag is worth the wait. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when the order is on its way to your doorstep. The confirmation will be sent from ScreenBroidery on behalf of  Digible.

Exchanges: Have an issue with a product? Just need someone to talk to? Don’t worry; we are here to help. 

On-Demand Items: To limit unused product waste, we have offered a sustainable production solution to make products as orders come in. Since on-demand products are made to order, this means we don’t hold inventory in the warehouse and are unable to accept exchanges. However, if the product is damaged or defective, we will do everything in our power to make it right!

Inventoried Items: If an item is inventoried in our warehouse, we can exchange it quickly and easily. Just let us know the problem and ScreenBroidery will take care of you.

Refunds and Returns: Your satisfaction with  Digible merchandise is ScreenBroidery’s top priority. Not only do we want you to be satisfied with the products, but also with our customer service. We try to make all returns or exchanges as easy and quick as possible. 

On-Demand Items: To limit waste, we cannot accept returns on on-demand items. 

Inventoried: All items held within inventory may be returned/exchanged and must be made within 30 days of the order date. All apparel must be unworn and unwashed. 

Warranty: ScreenBroidery will warrant all items for defection on behalf of Digible for up to 1 year. Please contact ScreenBroidery at help@screenbroidery.com should you have a warranty claim.

Please send your message to ScreenBroidery at help@screenbroidery.com. We will create a shipping label for you to print out and ship to us. All return shipping is free within the United States unless expedited shipping is requested. Once returned item is accepted, your exchange or refund will be processed.
